Marieke de Lorijn, photographer, born in the East of Holland, living in Rotterdam, but she works nation wide in The Netherlands and doesn't mind to travel abroad. She likes to work with people, but from time to time she frames a "thing" as well. For her it's a challenge and a passion to capture the core of a thing or a person, no matter what he, she or it is or actually wants to be. Marieke de Lorijn photography covers the area that is best described as allround photography. She is able to construct an analogy between two things or ideas as well as reproduce a piece of existing art.
